2004 and have as target market small and medium size companies. If some of our activities are services oriented, some others,
like hosting are devoted to deliver final service to our customers.

- A multi-services' company as Aksantis have also customer oriented services to meet and respond to our client's requests. They
are managed by accounts and, depending on the services requested to us, an account is open and a Consultant is assigned in order
to handle that account; this enables the company to have a human contact with the client as he is not an account number.
Our customers have many ways to submit a request of service or information. You can call our office number, send us an email or
a fax, or write to us a letter. Once we have received your request a Consultant get in touch with you and establish the first contact
in order to start a real partnership.
We will provide you with a service, if your request is related to any of our Consulting services. When you need assistance in
doing a business' operation, we provide you with logistic assistance and put required resources at your service to get the job
done. A concrete example would be to purchase items for our customer who is not located in the US from American
